Caption: One of John McLachlin’s two International 433s at work on a housing subdivision just north of Johnsonville, Wellington, 1974. It is fitted with Pay Mate gear and an extension to the top of the apron to prevent chunks of material fouling the bowl lift cylinders. Your author did a couple of rounds on this machine and found it very nice to operate.⁣
