CCNZ Core Associate Dentons Kensington Swan has provided contract guidance for civil contractors impacted by COVID-19.
This guidance applies to standard NZS 3910:2013 contracts, but may need to be adjusted for contracts amended by special conditions.
CCNZ will continue to provide information for contractors about the impacts of COVID-19 on the civil construction industry. This will be presented on our website, www.civilcontractors.co.nz and will be updated as the situation changes. Resources will also be uploaded to the website members section.
