First section of Wellington’s Northern Transport Corridor opens

It took just over three years to construct the first section of the four-lane Kapiti Expressway, some four months ahead of schedule. Richard Silcock was there for the official opening. His full feature of the project so far will be published in the April issue of Contractor magazine.
